Heavy Duty Engine Degreasers / Parts Washing
Below you will find our most popular heavy-duty degreasers. These degreasers are all highly concentrated. Once diluted they can be washed down your sanitary sewer drain. Do not wash into storm water drains. The best way to use degreasers:
- Dilute with water to the strength required, typically 5 to 15 times
- Apply to the soiled equipment.
- Let sit for a few minutes.
- Agitate if needed.
- Rinse

Multi-Purpose Degreasers
The term multi-purpose degreasers indicates that these products can be used for a very wide range of applications. Dilution rates can be obtained anywhere from 2:1 for heavy degreasing applications all the way down to 100:1 for light duty application.

Well Service Degreasers
Oil and gas wells require specialized products that can not only cut heavy grease and oils, but also attack paraffin wax build up. Solvent degreasers and Inhibited acids are also needed. See below for Nypower Industries products that are presently used in the field.

Solvent Degreasers
These are non-water-based degreasers and thus cannot be diluted with water. Rather they are composed with a solvent carrier such as mineral spirits or kerosene. They are very effective degreasers; however, they have liabilities. They can not be released into the environment and most are mildly flammable. Ensure you are using the proper PPE when using these products.

Kitchen Degreasers
Our kitchen degreasers with clean greasy, oily, surfaces and equipment with ease. For general cleaning in the kitchen, you can use any of our multi-purpose degreasers. The important issue in cleaning a food preparation area is that the cleaning product is food safe. However, if the cleaning agent will come in contact with food, use only those products that specify they are food safe.

Shop Floor Degreaser
Often shop floors require a heavier duty cleaner than your regular floor wash soaps. For painted floors, epoxy floors, and concrete floors use the products below with confidence. Any of our degreasers will remove grease, oil, and built-up grime.
Do not use heavy duty degreasers on wax or acrylic floor finishes as these will etch and even remove the finish. Instead use Neutral Detergent or Charmed Neutral Floor Detergent. Please contact us if you need help determining which degreaser is best for your floors.

Carpet Spotting Agents
